Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center is a nonprofit health care system serving the region.

Comprised of two rural health clinics and a critical access hospital, JMHCC provides a variety of health services to Grant County and the surrounding area including emergency care, outpatient treatment, cardiac rehab, therapies, swing bed program for long term care, and more.
