There is a language the body speaks in slowness.
In softened pressure…
in gentle shifts of angle…
in the quiet use of bone as a lever
to reach what’s been held beneath the surface.
Through intersecting lines of fascia,
near the sacred meeting places of muscle and bone…
the body begins to unravel.
Those stuck, bound places—
like layers clinging too tightly—
start to melt and separate.
And with that…
comes space.
comes breath.
comes relief.
This is the art of ashiatsu.
Deep, not because it forces…
but because it listens.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This policy allows me to respect both my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any communication (“no-show”) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments or refusal of future bookings.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments impact both my schedule and other clients.

Opt-Out of Text Reminder Responsibility Message
Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy.
If you choose to opt out of text or email reminders, you accept full responsibility for remembering your scheduled appointment time.
Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the cancellation or no-show policy. Clients who miss or late cancel appointments after opting out of reminders will still be charged the full service fee.
By opting out, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

The deepest work is never rushed.
It’s slow… intentional… listening.
A gradual sinking.
A subtle shift in angle, in pressure…
until the body begins to open.
Using bone as a lever,
I access the places hands alone cannot reach—
those quiet, hidden layers of muscle and fascia
where tension has been living for far too long.
Working along fascial pathways,
near the places where muscle meets bone…
something begins to soften.
To melt.
To unwind.
Like warm hands pressing into something once hardened,
those stuck, Saran-wrap-like layers begin to release…
and the body remembers ease again.
This is the depth of ashiatsu.
Not force… but intention.

Beginning April 1st, my rates will be changing—an adjustment that allows me to continue holding this work with deep care, presence, and intention.
In this same breath, I’m creating something new…a 75-minute session.
A space for those who need just a little more time—
to soften, to unwind, to give extra attention to the places that have been quietly asking for it.
More time to listen.
More time to restore.
More time for your body to exhale.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your healing journey. It is an honor I never take lightly 🤍

And as always, prices are all-inclusive. No extra charge for aromatherapy, hot towels, face and scalp massage, hot stones, or cupping!

As our practice continues to grow and evolve, we remain deeply committed to offering high-quality, intentional care. Through years of hands-on experience, advanced training, and ongoing continuing education, we strive to provide sessions that are thoughtful, effective, all-inclusive, and deeply restorative.

Beginning April 1st, service pricing will be adjusted to reflect this continued growth, the depth of care provided, and the rising costs associated with maintaining a professional practice.

Your trust, support, and continued presence allows us to do the work we truly love. This space, this growth, and this journey wouldn’t be possible without each of you. We are so deeply grateful for every session, every referral, and every kind word.
