I'm working hard to provide massage therapy in the safest way possible during these uncertain times. I have implemented many new policies and procedures to ensure I'm doing everything in my power to create the safest environment possible.
If you receive a massage from me, the following is what it will look like:
I will ask you screening questions, take yours and my temperature, wear clean scrubs for each client, wear a fresh mask for each client, require you to wear a mask, have my air purifier running, Have an essential oil diffuser running, have many cleaning and disinfecting protocols in place between each client, and leave substantial time between clients to let the air clear.

I am being extra cautious about the clients I am taking on at this time. If you are exposed to high risk situations in your daily life, if you’ve been traveling , or have gathered with others outside of your household, I may ask you wait to come see me until a different time. I appreciate your understanding.

It's important we trust our instincts at this time, so if massage doesn't feel like the right thing for you at this time, I can fully understand...trust yourself.

Staying safe, healthy and well is first and foremost. I am dedicated to the safety of myself, my loved ones, my clients, and my community.

Stay safe, stay well, be gentle with yourselves and others, trust your instincts, and allow joy as we navigate through this time.

Things certainly don’t look like “normal”, but we can still find something to be grateful for...

I’m grateful for you, my wonderful community, as we support each other. I’m grateful for my family, my husband, my bulldog, my health, and my ability to adapt and move forward through these challenging times. I’m grateful for gratitude itself.

The mind/body connection is real. Our muscles and tissue hold onto not just physical stress, but emotional stress as well. When you receive therapeutic massage, you process and release much more than physical pain...you release emotional pain as well. It is a beautiful thing, and I’m honored to assist in this process. Massage is a viable way to manage all the stressors of life...and it simply feels good! Relax and enjoy!
