"Hi! My name is Millicent Ott. I am a former college athlete who's been active my whole life through sports, and fitness. Movement has always been a big part of who I am.
As a personal trainer, I focus on building athletic, powerful, and functional strength — the kind that not only improves performance but also makes everyday life easier and more enjoyable. My goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through consistent training that they enjoy.
I want everyone to be happy, healthy, and above all, strong both physically and mentally. Whether you're an athlete looking to elevate your performance or just someone ready to feel better and train with purpose, I'm here to help get you there."
