It took me hitting complete rock bottom and my life as I knew it crumbling into pieces for me to finally realize what was missing…

For years, I struggled with negative self-esteem, unhealthy weight gain, and terrible eating habits. I couldn’t accomplish personal goals and was constantly stressed, unable to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It wasn’t until I began my journey to become a mother and struggled with fertility issues that I finally realized I couldn’t do this on my own. With the help of an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I was able to completely transform myself, my lifestyle, and my future.
Through coaching, I was able to become the woman I’d always strived to be and to accomplish my dream of becoming a mother. I went on a deep, self-reflective journey to find out who I really was, what I wanted in life, and how I could stand in my own truth on a daily basis. It was a long, emotional process that in the end, brought me so much closer to myself and gave me what I'd always been missing - a deep and appreciative love for myself.
As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my vision is to support women across the globe on their own self-explorative journeys during those times of deep transformation - be it fertility, new career paths, healing from a disease, becoming a new mom, or starting life completely over again. I draw upon my in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and coaching skills, as well as my personal experiences to guide clients to uncover what’s holding them back from their dreams, and then shattering that so they can step into their power.
