Try to focus on gratitude for the people you are fortunate enough to have in your life, some are not as fortunate. Many of you may already know me, and for those I haven’t yet met, I’m so excited to connect and build new relationships within our amazing community.

My name is Lindsey Stogsdill, I am a native to Currituck County who grew up in Moyock. I’m an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner specializing in Hypnotherapy, and a Certified Hypnotherapist with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA).

I created Highlands Holistic to share the healing power of hypnosis and to support others in their personal growth and transformation.

At Highlands Holistic, our mission is to enhance well-being in our community by offering a safe, compassionate, and professional space for healing. Through the practice of hypnotherapy, we help clients explore root causes, find balance, and reconnect with their innate ability to heal.
