February gets a lot of hype about love…
but let’s start with kindness 💗
This week, check in with yourself:
• What do I need more of right now?
• Where could I be a little gentler? with myself or others?
Connection starts with noticing.
And kindness? That starts inside first.
Here’s your gentle nudge: you don’t have to do February perfectly—just honestly 💙

As January winds down, this is your gentle tap on the shoulder:
breathe… reset… and give yourself permission to start February with a clearer, lighter heart.
Take a moment to check in with yourself:
• What’s actually helping you feel grounded?
• What’s been weighing you down more than it’s lifting you up?
• What intention do you want to carry forward, even if it’s tiny?
You don’t need a dramatic “new you.”
Sometimes the best fresh start is simply letting go of what’s heavy and keeping the things that quietly help you feel like you.
A soft landing is still a landing and honestly, those are the best kind.

January can feel like the Olympics of self-improvement… and honestly? No thank you.
You can chase your goals without chasing yourself into the ground.
A few friendly nudges:
• Pace yourself. Remember slow progress is still progress
• Rest isn’t quitting
• You don’t need a total life overhaul in week one
• Celebrate the tiny wins (yes, brushing your teeth counts)
You’re allowed to grow gently.

If you could use a little structure (without the pressure), take a peek at this month’s feature:

Instead of asking “What should I do this year?” try flipping it to:
“What do I want to feel more of this year?”
Peace? Connection? Confidence? Rest? Mischief? (Hey, balance!)
Once you know the feeling you’re chasing, you can build habits that support it.
Your year doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. One small intention at a time.

If you’re setting goals this year, here’s your gentle reminder: your mental health deserves a spot on that list too.
Try making your goals SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
Think: “Take a 10-minute morning walk 3 times a week” instead of “Be healthier.”
Start small. Start kind. Start wherever you are.
You don’t have to sprint into January but strolling totally counts.

As we roll into the new year, many insurance plans reset deductibles, which can lead to changes in your out-of-pocket costs. This is a great time to review your benefits and check your deductible and co-pay status.
Please take a moment to ensure that we have your current insurance and contact information on file. Keeping this information up to date helps prevent billing surprises and ensures that your care runs smoothly.
A few minutes spent now can save you a lot of headaches later. If you have questions about your coverage, your insurance provider is the best source for answers. However, you can always reach out to our office as well.
