The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) offers free, peer-led support groups and educational resources for individuals and families living with bipolar disorder and other mood disorders. You don’t need to have all the right words or all the answers — just a place where people get it.

1️⃣ Take 3 slow, deep breaths before responding
2️⃣ Feel your feet on the floor and notice the support beneath you
3️⃣ Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can feel, 3 you can hear
4️⃣ Enjoy one sip of your coffee or tea without multitasking
