Please come see us at Baxter Health Auxiliary🏥 Employee Craft Fair on Monday, November 17th, & Tuesday, November 18th in the hospital's cafeteria dining room areas! It's open to the public & goes towards a good cause. We'll be set up right next to Mystic Infusions☪️

Next, we'll be at the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas on Saturday, December 13th, for their Christmas Market event🎄Be sure to come see all your favorite Market vendors to grab those last minute Christmas gifts 🎁

We appreciate every single one of you that have supported us for these past 3 seasons!!! Right now is a very busy time for our family with a new grandbaby coming soon along with getting ready for these events plus working & kids in school. We'll miss seeing your smiling faces on Saturdays 😊 We do continue to take orders throughout the Fall & Winter, so don't hesitate to reach out when you need one of your favorite products!! Did you know that Kudzu was introduced as a fast growing food crop in the late 1800s? By the 1930s U.S Farmers were incentivised to plant it for animal fodder, and to help reduce soil erosion. It’s since been black listed as an awful invasive, and should not be encouraged, but certainly harvested. The tender, young leaves of Kudzu are packed with antioxidants, and nutrients, making it a potential addition to sauces, sautés and stir-fries. In the late summer its purple antioxidant rich flowers smell like grape jelly! They can be harvested and used to infuse syrups, jellies, or even brewed into a fragrant tea. The whole plant is also currently being researched for its uses for Biomass, Biofuel and once again sustainable animal feed.

Together, we can spread the word about its many uses and hopefully Eat the Invaders! Learn more about Kudzu at Foraging Academy (dot org) with our free mini course!
