🔥 Feeling stiffer in this summer heat?

You're not imagining it.

When temps rise, your joints can swell, muscles tighten, and fatigue hits faster, and ever MORE if you're already dealing with nagging pain or inflammation.

But the good news? There are ways to beat the heat (and the pain):

✅ Hydrate more than you think you need. Dehydration makes joint pain worse. Water keeps tissues cushioned and flexible.

✅ Use cooling breaks. A damp towel on your neck or wrists can help regulate your body temp and reduce swelling.

✅ Keep moving, but pace yourself. Gentle mobility exercises keep things loose. Don’t overdo it just because the sun’s out.

Here’s how to keep your body happy on the road (or in the air):

✅ 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 – A small pillow or rolled towel behind your lower back helps protect your spine’s natural curve.

✅ 𝗔𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 – Make sure your hips are slightly higher than your knees to reduce pressure on your low back.

1️⃣ 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Let them stretch or get out at rest stops. Even a quick walk around the car helps shake off stiffness.
