Calling all LPCs, LCSWs or PsyDs who are ready to do the work they love—without the admin overload. We’re growing our team at our beautiful Washington, PA office (50 Berry Road) and looking for a compassionate, motivated therapist to join us!

If you're feeling stuck in a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions, you're not alone—and there is hope. 🧠✨

ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people with OCD face their fears without giving in to compulsions. Instead of trying to avoid or neutralize intrusive thoughts, ERP teaches you to confront them gradually and safely, helping your brain learn that discomfort doesn't have to control your actions.

With practice, ERP can reduce anxiety, build confidence, and give you back the freedom OCD tries to steal.
