Looking for a fun and supportive way to help your child build social confidence this summer? 🌟

Our Social Skills Play Group is designed to help children grow, connect, and thrive in a welcoming environment!

👧 Age Groups:
• 4–6 years old
• 6–9 years old

📅 Program Dates:
June 15th – August 28th

⏰ Weekly Meeting Times:
• Ages 4–6: Fridays, 10–11 AM
• Ages 6–9: Thursdays, 3–4 PM

💡 Children will be supported in learning how to:
• Initiate play and build friendships
• Express emotions appropriately
• Respond to others’ social cues

✨ Each child will begin with 1–2 individual intake sessions (at no cost) to ensure the best fit.
💲 Cost: $25 per session

A few weeks ago, our team had the absolute pleasure of attending a wonderful senior living event centered around the theme “Laughter is the Best Medicine.” 💕

Struggling with OCD? ERP Can Help.

If you're feeling stuck in a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions, you're not alone—and there is hope. 🧠✨

ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people with OCD face their fears without giving in to compulsions.
