Did you know that stimulants like m**h, co***ne, and even some ADHD meds can have dangerous effects—even leading to overdose? Stimulant overdoses, or “overamping,” don’t always look the same, but watch for these warning signs:
• Rapid heartbeat or high blood pressure
• Sudden spike in body temperature
• Confusion or severe agitation
• Seizures Even if it’s not fatal, a stimulant overdose is always serious.
~If you see these symptoms, get help immediately. Let’s keep Carter County safe and informed.

✨ Let’s Help Carter County Students Shine on Prom Night ✨

Prom is a once-in-a-lifetime moment — a night full of excitement, laughter, and memories that students carry with them long after graduation.

As a community, we can help make sure every student in Carter County and Elizabethton City Schools has the chance to feel confident and celebrated that night.

We are collecting 👗gently used prom dresses👗 for a special prom event we are hosting next month. If you have a dress tucked away in your closet, consider passing it along so another student can experience the joy of finding the perfect dress.

A simple donation can turn into confidence, smiles, and a night our kids will never forget. 💜

👗 Dress donations can be dropped off at:

Thank you for always showing up for the young people in our community. Together, we can help make prom night a little more magical. ✨
