With the consideration of the safety of our clients and employees in mind, the office of Behavioral Health Plus will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7, 2025 due to inclement weather conditions.

Anyone with a previously scheduled in-office appointment for Tuesday, 01/07/25 will be contacted by their provider for a virtual appointment at their scheduled appointment time.

When we experience inclement weather conditions, safety is our most important consideration.

With the consideration of the safety of all employees and clients in mind, The offices of behavioral health plus will be closed tomorrow, Monday, January 6th 2025, due to inclement weather conditions. The office will be closed Thursday July 4th and Friday July 5th in observance of the holiday.

Multiple providers have tested positive for COVID.
The office will be closed until Monday, February, 12th, 2024. Anyone who has an in-office appointment has been rescheduled for a virtual appointment. Nobody will be allowed into the building until the quarantine period has passed and sanitation procedures have been completed.

The office will be closed until Wednesday dec 27th. In observance of the federal holiday.

The office will be closed Thursday nov 23, and Friday nov 24, in observance of thanksgiving.

The office will be closed on JULY 4th in observance of the holiday.

The practitioner is out of the office until Thursday dec 8 ( at the soonest, date subject to change to a later date depending on recovery time, practitioner will remain out of office until recovered and no longer contagious for the safety of the health of all clients) related to influenza A (flu). Clients scheduled for appointments on December 5-7 with be contacted for telehealth appointments, or rescheduled.

The office is closed from November 23rd through November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen on Monday, November 28 at regular business hours of 10 AM to 6 PM. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Happy Thanksgiving.

The office will be closed until Sunday October 16, 2022. for fall break.

No appointments are scheduled during this scheduled break.

If you are having an immediate medical emergency during this time that can not wait, please contact 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

The physical office is currently closed due to the practitioner having covid-19. Only virtual appointments will be available until she is negative, finished quarantining, and has been able to appropriately sanitize the office. Nobody will be in office to answer the phone, but the facility is still in business, And operating as normal outside of the two weeks where the physical office will be closed. If your contact information for your virtual appointment has changed or you have a request for contact you can let us know on messenger here and your information will be forwarded to your health care provider.
