Guardian Cleaners is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Special Projects Crew!

This is not your typical cleaning position — this team handles specialty and large-scale projects including:

✔️ High dusting
✔️ HVAC duct cleaning
✔️ Floor stripping, waxing & scrubbing
✔️ Tile & grout detailing
✔️ Dryer vent cleaning
✔️ Specialty commercial & industrial cleaning

✈️ Planned overnight travel required
Projects in: TN, IN, WV, OK, MO, GA, IA & AR
(Travel schedule provided in advance)

💪 What we’re looking for:
• Reliable & punctual
• Comfortable working at heights
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Team-oriented
• Cleaning experience preferred (will train the right person)
