🚨 Training Tuesday #6 – Allergic Reaction at a Restaurant

After eating dessert with nuts, a person develops swelling, hives, and difficulty breathing.

✅ Use an epinephrine auto-injector immediately.
✅ Call 911 without delay.
✅ If symptoms continue, a second dose may be required.

👉 Severe allergic reactions can be deadly. Training teaches you to respond with confidence.

🚨 Training Tuesday #5 – Kitchen Burn

During holiday cooking, someone accidentally touches a hot pan and suffers a blistering burn.

✅ Run the burn under cool (not ice-cold) water for 10–20 minutes.
✅ Cover with a clean, non-stick dressing.
✅ Do not pop blisters or apply butter.
