Breaking people pleasing habits can be difficult, especially if that's how we've learned to get validation and feel worthy. Breaking these habits are hard because it's uncomfortable. Learning to sit with the discomfort of others being unhappy with us is not easy, but it is worth it to break the cycle of people pleasing. You are worthy all on your own.
