**Trigger Warning for Video**

Today we are celebrating Brie Elisabeth and her powerful journey in recovery. ❤️

Brie has been a part of Sobriety Sisters for two years. Along the way, she faced a relapse — but the most important part of her story is that **she came back**. That takes courage, humility, and real strength.

Today she celebrates **6 months sober**, and watching her grow into the strong, confident young woman she is becoming has been beautiful. Brie is one of the youngest women in our group and truly everyone’s favorite little sister in Sobriety Sisters. Her heart, honesty, and willingness to keep fighting for her life inspire so many of us.

Recovery isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting back up when you fall — and Brie is living proof of that.

We are so proud of you, Brie. Keep shining, keep growing, and keep showing other women that **comebacks are powerful**. 💪✨

Drop some love and encouragement for our little sister celebrating **6 months of sobriety today!** 💜

✨ Friday the 13th ✨

In ancient traditions, Friday the 13th wasn’t considered unlucky at all.
It was believed to be a day when the sacred feminine and the moon cycles quietly aligned—a time of intuition, reflection, and inner power.

Before it was labeled “bad luck,” it was actually honored as a day connected to the divine feminine, creation, and transformation.

And honestly… that feels pretty fitting for the work we do here.

Recovery is transformation.
Healing is powerful.
And women rising together is never unlucky.

Today we honor growth, intuition, and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up.

💜 May today bring you clarity, courage, and another 24 hours of sobriety.

Drop a 💜 if you’re choosing growth today!

Happy Saturday, Sisters. ☀️

Weekends can bring freedom, but they can also bring triggers. Do you know yours?
The beautiful thing about recovery is… we don’t walk into it unprepared anymore. We have tools.

Meetings.
Calling another sister.
Prayer.
Gratitude.
Taking a walk. Hitting the gym
Journaling. Music. Art.
Choosing peace over chaos.

Remain Grateful for another sober morning, a clear mind, and the chance to keep growing.

Sometimes the biggest blessing is simply another day to do better. What are you grateful for today?

Whatever today brings, remember: you never have to do it alone.

💜 What tool are you using today?

Today we celebrate a beautiful milestone — Jeanette McMann is 2 years in recovery!

Jeanette’s journey is a powerful reminder that healing is possible, growth is real, and lives can be transformed one day at a time. She pours her heart into supporting other women, faithfully hosting meetings, showing up with compassion, and living out the message of recovery through her actions.

Her kindness reaches far beyond words. She is not only a dedicated sister in recovery, but also a loving grandmother whose strength and warmth touch everyone around her. Jeanette gives back what was freely given to her, and our community is stronger because of it.

Please join us in celebrating her courage, her commitment, and the light she brings to Sobriety Sisters every single day.

💜 Congratulations on 2 years, Jeanette — we are so proud of you and grateful to walk this journey with you.

Today we are not choosing between survival and purpose. We are choosing both. 💜

There was a time in our lives when dreaming felt irresponsible. And there was a time when responsibility felt suffocating.
Some of us lived in fantasy to escape reality.
Some of us stayed so stuck in survival that we forgot we were allowed to want more.

But recovery teaches us something different.

We don’t abandon our dreams.
And we don’t abandon our stability.
We build both — slowly, honestly, and without shame.

Having a job to pay the bills does not mean you gave up. Taking practical steps does not mean you stopped believing. And chasing something bigger does not mean you’re ungrateful for where you are.

It means you are growing up in the most beautiful way.

Stability is not settling.
It is scaffolding.

Routine is not boring.
It is protection.

Dreams are not delusion.
They are direction.

Today, maybe balance looks like filling out job applications… and still practicing your craft.
Maybe it looks like showing up to work… and still believing you’re meant for more.
Maybe it looks like paying the bills… and refusing to bury your gifts.

Recovery allows us to hold two truths at once:

I am grateful for today.
And I am building tomorrow.

One foot in reality keeps us grounded.
One foot in the dream keeps us alive.

And today, sober, steady, and self-respecting,
we are strong enough to honor both.

💜Before we romanticize the weekend or panic about it, let’s check in! How are you actually feeling? Because “I’m fine” isn’t a feeling. 😉

Are you:
🔥 Fired up?
😮‍💨 Running on fumes?
💪 Proud you stayed sober another week?
👀 Side-eyeing old triggers trying to sneak back in?
✨ Feeling like the person you’re becoming?

Weekends don’t “make” us relapse.
Silence does. Isolation does. Pretending does.

So let’s not do that!
Recovery isn’t a solo sport.

Drop one word for your Friday mood.
Or one boundary you’re keeping this weekend.
Or one thing you’re NOT doing anymore.
Weekends can feel freeing, or fragile. But you don’t have to do it alone!

We recover out loud so no one has to do it silently. 💜
