Magnolia Day Spa (previously Merle Norman Cosmetics & Day Spa) provides services that include massages, reflexology, pedicures, manicures, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, threading, face & body waxing, microblading, ear candling, and more.

Does your pre-teen or teenager need serums, eye cream and moisturizers? Lets dive in!

We know skincare is trending right now and it’s great they want to take care of their skin! But here’s the truth: most young skin doesn’t need fancy eye creams, serums, or anti-aging products.

Teen skin is going through hormonal changes and any ingredients that may be too harsh or irritating, mixed with hormones can be even worse for their skin. (Think acne, blemishes, redness, etc)

The best routine for teens:
1. Gentle cleanser – to remove dirt and oil
2. Light moisturizer – to keep skin hydrated
3. Daily SPF – to protect from sun damage
