It is that time of the year again. Here are our Holiday hours for all five of our locations:

* Thanksgiving Day - Closed
* Christmas Eve - Close Early
* Christmas Day - Closed
* New Years Day - Closed

Otherwise normal operating hours :) Please be aware that your doctor's office may have different operating hours during the holiday season, which can affect medication refills and prior authorizations. Thank you!

As comes to an end, we're celebrating Starla Holdman, a pharmacy tech at ApotheCARE Pharmacy, and her late coworker Robbie.

"I love that our patients know us, and we know them. They know we are going to do all we can to take care of them. Our pharmacy fights for patients to have the choice to choose the pharmacy of their preference. We want patients to choose us because they value the services we provide to them, not because they are forced to come here. Instead of sharing a photo of me, I would like to share a photo to honor our delivery driver, Robbie Claggett, who passed away last year. He was adored by every patient and every employee."

We are committed to providing all our patients with safe, compassionate, and professional care. To ensure a respectful environment for everyone, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward our staff or other customers.

We understand that medical issues can be stressful. We will do our best to address your needs and concerns promptly. Please be patient, as many factors outside of our control can affect prescription processing, such as:
* Insurance prior authorizations
* Incomplete information from the prescribing doctor
* Drug shortages

Our staff is here to help you, but they will not tolerate hostile or disrespectful behavior. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
* Verbal insults or abusive language
* Shouting or raising one's voice in a threatening manner
* Harassment, intimidation, or threats of violence
* Any form of physical contact

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:
* Refusal of service
* Dismissal from our pharmacy
* Involvement of security or law enforcement

Hello and good morning everyone,

Our #5 location - Inspire ApotheCARE Pharmacy will have delays in filling medications this morning as we deal with a rain water leak from over the weekend. Our drive-thru and lobby may intermittently be closed throughout the day. We are still open and thank you for your patience as we work to getting back to normal :)

We will let you know if your insurance covers:

* COVID -patients 65+
* RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) - patients 60+
* Shingrix (Shingles) - patients 50+
* Pneumococcal (Pneumonia) - patients 65+

Patients with underlying health conditions may qualify for a particular vaccine if immunocompromised - you can check with your insurance or your pharmacist.
