“He's a model employee and goes above and beyond to help after business hours! He works diligently to ensure screening are complete as well as maintaining all his duties! When I call him, he answers no problem to assist any client in need. From daily duties to dropping everything to complete a screening! I am truly grateful for all his help! He's an amazing employee that treats the person struggling on the other end of the phone with true compassion and kindness! Way to go!"

When a medical team member had to leave the organization due to a medical emergency, Lakyn stepped in without hesitation to ensure continuity of care for our clients. She has taken the initiative to make sure medications were reordered as needed and has coordinated provider visits even when she was not physically present at the facility. Her proactive efforts have been instrumental in ensuring that clients’ medical needs are consistently met.”
