Thanking the wonderful staff at Harpoon Hannah’s for organizing tonight’s relationship connection event. They prepped and primed me with delicious hot tea, and I had the opportunity to share the foundational tenets of IMAGO relationship theory. IMAGO focuses on partners in any relationship having safe conversations and practicing active listening to feel mutually understood. There is so much warmth and safety in feeling fully heard and understood. Relational health expands to the outer culture as one person after another learns to have intentional safe relationships. That’s why I spread the word 💝💝💝💝💝
