Peter Ngai, DMD and Penny L.Phipps, DDS Dental Care Drs. We treat each patient the way we would want to be treated ourselves (or, in the case of children, like we would treat our kids).

Ngai and Phipps try their best to keep up with the latest research and products so that we may provide quality, up to date dentistry for our patients. Our office strives to get patients into optimal dental condition, then maintain them there. Emphasis is on preventive measures to avoid larger, more costly procedures in the future.
