Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Here is a recap: try the 4-7-8 breathing method, a simple yet powerful way to calm your mind and body.

🌬️ How it works:
4️⃣ Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds
7️⃣ Hold your breath for 7 seconds
8️⃣ Exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds
Repeat this cycle 4 times to help regulate your nervous system and find your calm.
