This month we’re doing something small in the office that actually matters more than it seems.
We put up a chalkboard with simple true or false questions about relationships. Nothing heavy. Nothing awkward. Just light prompts that make people pause, smile, and think.
If they participate, they get a 'love coupon.'
Some are practical. Some are playful. Some are just gentle nudges toward connection.
And yes, if they get them all right, they get entered to win a coffee date at Union Bean & Co.
But the point isn’t the prize.
The point is this:
Connection regulates the nervous system.
Laughter lowers stress.
Feeling seen and safe changes how the body heals.
We talk a lot about physical health, but relationships matter too.
And sometimes wellness looks like slowing down enough to take a walk together.
