August 5th -4-6pm
We have reserved space and are extending our hours these three days for WALK-IN Sports Physicals. The cost is $30, no appointment is needed, this is being done on a WALK-IN basis, if you can't make it one of these days, we ask that you schedule an appointment.
Please arrive with your form filled out, it'll make the process much faster! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Happy New Year everyone! Bring on 2021!

Information regarding the COVID-19 vaccine per the Health Department:

Initially, the federal government will distribute a limited supply of vaccine to each state. Michigan has allocated this limited supply to hospitals and health care settings where worker have contact with patients. Long term care facilities where some of the most vulnerable people live will also receive supply; which will be distributed through pharmacies and local health departments with support from the Michigan National Guard.
-Doctors Offices, clinics, and pharmacies who are enrolled in the vaccine program can offer the vaccine when the vaccine becomes available to them. As supply increases, doctor's offices, clinics, and pharmacies will be able to obtain the vaccine directly, hopefully by SPRING 2021!
-At this time there will be no list. When or if we receive the vaccine patients will need to call to schedule an appointment.
