Starting next week, Tuesday, March 3rd, the 10:15 am Mobility + Yin class will be extended from 60 to 75 minutes. You'll have the option to attend either a 60 or 75-minute class.!!

If you want to attend for just the hour, we will ask you leave all props and we will put them away at the end of class to help minimize disruption.
