It’s been a busy Spring and start to Summer 2023. UpNorth Massage is excited that we are now settled in at our new location. The answers to all your tightness and tension can now be addressed by visiting UpNorth Massage at 402 South Bridge Street, Suite C in Elk Rapids. The entrance to the office and parking are technically on Chippewa Street.

In addition to a better location, increased weekend availability as well as after 5 on weekdays are available. Hurry and book as these appointment times are very popular. Its unbelievable UpNorth Massage is 9 years old! I want to extend my most sincere appreciation to all my friends and family for supporting this endeavor. I also want to thank every client regardless of whether u came to see me once or if u are a regular client - THANK YOU! Very grateful I am able to get up every day and do something I love. Looking to the future, I hope I can eliminate pain, address concerns and keep the folks in the area chill for many more years to come!!!

So many times in a new year, many focus on specific resolutions that the mass suggests. While that is all good, from a naturalist/herbalist point of view, I would encourage all to focus on listening to your body’s vital force or intelligence to tell u what it needs. I say this because with everyone being their own unique and individual self, what works amazingly well for one, doesn’t necessarily work for another. The latest pill, plan or exercise gadget could leave u stressed and discouraged if not vetted from an individual standpoint.

Are u a go-go-go kind of person or are u pretty laid back? What kind of job do u have? Do u have a good community that supports u? What is your diet like? Focus on movement, rest and nourishment - a balanced picture.
