This path didn’t start in a classroom or a textbook…
it started with a fire inside me to understand what it really means to be human — to feel deeply, to heal deeply, and to rise.

The body became my greatest teacher.
Every layer, every pattern, every release whispered the same truth: healing is possible… and it lives inside you.

Somewhere along the way, I realized this isn’t just my passion —
it’s my dharma… and I have an obligation to teach, share and help others heal themselves. (not fix)

I’m here to help people liberate pain, unlearn old stories, and reconnect with the version of themselves they’ve been craving to remember.

Participating in and collaborating with retreats have been some of the most potent catalyst of healing.

Every time I go on a retreat or witness those who are participating in it, there’s a magic that happens when you slow down and tap into who you really are. A release that you’ve been waiting and longing for.

There’s not another place like this that will hold you in a container for you to dig deep, allow yourself to breathe in a space that feels safe, to be able to let go and honor what you really need.
