All jokes aside — We get it. Manual work feels amazing and gives instant relief, especially after big increases in physical activity (looking at you walking challengers 😉).
But the real magic happens when we pair it with strengthening, balance work, and mobility.

💪 Choosing the right weight matters! For strength training (whether in rehab or the gym), your last set should feel challenging—like you could push out 2–3 more reps, but not 5+.

✅ Too light? You’re not building strength.
✅ Too heavy? Risk of breakdown or injury.
🎯 Just right? You’re working hard, safely, and setting yourself up for progress.
