my 7 and 8 yr olds having some friend fun and competition with blaze pods using core and strength with reaction all in one A coach and dad came to me start a private small group training to help their kids get faster and move better. No pressure except against each other competition on speed and playing!

Brothers 12 and 10 working on their wrestling strength during their PT a day after tournament where they wrestled up Older Niko lost his two but it was against 8th graders he is in 6th not to mention his first match kid had 150w to 30 loses lost of experience but his strength helped him old them off. His little brother Vincent wrestled 10+ won all 4 his matches taking 1st in his division! Lots of work they been putting in besides their skills wrestling coach and here!
