Here's a few quick tips to enjoy your holiday treats while protecting your oral health:

1. Drink water between bites of sweets to rinse away sugars.
2. Wait 30-60 minutes after eating to brush to allow your enamel to recover.
3. Limit your consumption of sticky pies and deserts.
4. Always floss before bed to get all the leftover treats out from between your teeth--sugar loves to hide there!
