We kindly remind our patients that for appointments, scheduling changes, or medical concerns, please contact the clinic directly through our official phone line or patient portal. This ensures your request is properly documented and addressed as efficiently as possible.

For prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy first. They will send refill requests directly to our office, allowing us to process them accurately and without delay.

We also ask that patients avoid contacting providers through personal messages, texts, or social media. Our providers care deeply about your health, but they manage many patients each day and rely on our clinical systems to safely track and document all care.
