Do you have pain or tightness with overhead squats, snatches, pull-ups or other bar work?

Try out this test and and see if the problem is truly just your shoulders or if it's from your lats!

🔑 Test positions:
-Low back must stay pressed against the wall, it if comes off--you have tightness
-Maintain the same position with your hands

If you have lat tightness, try out that stretch a couple times a day, especially as part of your warm-up routine!

Balance is more than staying upright—it’s a skill that protects joints and improves performance.

Athletes rely on balance for cutting, landing, and reacting quickly.

Start simple: stand on one leg while brushing your teeth, try heel-to-toe walking, or hold yoga poses. More advanced drills include single-leg squats, hops, or balance exercises on unstable surfaces.
