Check this out!
Do you have pain or tightness with overhead squats, snatches, pull-ups or other bar work?
Try out this test and and see if the problem is truly just your shoulders or if it's from your lats!
🔑 Test positions:
-Low back must stay pressed against the wall, it if comes off--you have tightness
-Maintain the same position with your hands
If you have lat tightness, try out that stretch a couple times a day, especially as part of your warm-up routine!
