While I create this program, the Soul Alchemy Certification, it's creating me into someone who can deliver it. I didn't realize at the time while my life was happening, but every single thing I've experienced and learned has brought me to right here. I've been learning, healing, releasing old patterns, building myself up as each day brings me new lessons and understanding.

Today what that looks like is a tug of war between the part of me that has always known I'd be on stages sharing something very important, and someone who retreats to hermitage to avoid the outside world. It's a strange sensation to be the person growing this so I can be seen and also being the person who wants to call it quits, get a regular job, and hide in the background.

This winter is a great time to be struggling with this, with the big energies of change in the air. Nature, in it's time of rest and inner reflection, and the stars, including the sun, sending us huge help to grow and manifest. It's time to release more of what has been holding us back, to end patterns we've repeated our entire lives and beyond, some since ancient times.

Who's with me? Who's also got some big patterns coming up, ready to be seen, healed and released? I said to a client recently, while helping her connect to her hurt inner child, to keep telling her "I see you. I love you. I got you." 💚

Not up for logic or solutions, up for perspective.
This world gets heavy. Ego, emotions, attachments, expectations… they cloud our view and shrink what’s possible.

We get caught in the loop of thinking and overthinking, trying to figure it all out from the same mind that feels stuck. But the truth, the peace, lives somewhere softer.

It lives in the sky. In your breath. In your heart.
Because what’s “up” isn’t somewhere far away, it’s the expansive part of you that remembers.

There’s always more to the story.
There’s always more light available.
You just have to rise above to see it.
