Team Love Homecare LLC is a quickly growing Home Health organization that is looking for dedicated Caregivers with a passion for working with clients in their homes. As a company, we provide services for our clients to enable them to live and stay safely in their homes for as long as possible, while enriching their lives and providing them with the best quality care in the county. We pride our company for changing the way that Home Health is done, working closely with families and clients to provide them with personalized care. Our main office is located in Elkhorn, but we service clients across Walworth County and parts of Racine County, and we do what we can to find our staff clients that are close to their home. We use an app called SmartCare Software to communicate and document your visits with the clients, so all the information is current and easy to access.
The hours we have available vary depending on the needs of our clients, but we do what we can to find our employees hours based on the schedule they prefer, and go out of our way to respect each person's boundaries. Employees are expected to communicate with management clearly and efficiently, as the majority of our communications are through text message. Management has a 24 Hour Helpline for our client and staff so someone is always available to answer questions, or provide assistance as needed.
General job duties include, but are not limited to: general cleaning, cooking, personal cares, laundry, documentation, medication administration, client transportation, and basic problem solving.
Required experience, skills, and qualifications: 1-2 years minimum in a healthcare setting, Will train motivated and reliable applicants. clean and reliable vehicle, valid drivers insurance, ability to problem solve, ability to pass a drug test and background check, a smartphone and basic knowledge of how to use it, able and willing to communicate clearly through text message/phone calls. CNA, CPR, and/or First Aid certifications are a plus!
We start all new hires at a reasonable hourly rate depending on experience. Applicants with their CNA license may be eligible for a higher rate of pay. On Call shifts pay between $1-$2 more per hour. Team Love Homecare also provides annual raises, as well as Paid Personal Time for qualifying staff.
