A little about my background:

Nutrition and fitness are two of my passions. I created CFE Nutrition Coaching By Elizabeth Jenkins to offer assistance to educate, encourage, and motivate anyone looking to push themselves to find their true potential.

My journey began almost 15 years ago. I was young, out of shape, and did not have a “healthy” grasp on nutrition. I started out just as a casual gym goer and eventually began to take things a little more seriously. I began competing in Women’s Figure Competitions, this is when my passion for nutrition and fitness really took off. I spent almost 8 years in the competitive world of Figure Competitions, and obtained my IFBB Pro status in November 2012. During this time, I was able to learn how nutrition played a key role in obtaining a chiseled physique. I took things a step further and obtain my Sports Nutrition Certification from ISSA. Through personal trials and experiences, I expanded my knowledge of how nutrition plays a huge role in almost any area of life. I spent 5 years working in the supplement industry where I also helped hundreds of men and women achieve fat-loss/muscle gain goals through nutrition. Over this past year I have made the transition to Crossfit and have even done a few competitions, as well as earned my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certificate. Through extensive research, I have found the ultimate nutrition formula to increase my performance and maintain a strong, lean physique. I recently obtained my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coaching certificate, this has made a huge impact on my current level of knowledge and I am extremely excited to share this with others!

Here are just a few areas I experienced personally, certain issues I have faced, and how I used nutrition to come out of them better than ever!!
