We’re taking some time away from the office to learn📝 and grow🧠! The staff at Yadkin Valley Comprehensive Health Center will be attending a Chiropractic Convention from 2/24/26 to 3/1/26. We will still be open this coming Monday, 2/23/26 and then back to regular business hours on 3/2/26. In the meantime, you can schedule your appointments online via our website. See you soon!🚀
