Our office is located in beautiful, historic Downtown Elkin, North Carolina. Care South opened in 2001, by RN, Dara Puryear, and has remained strong for 18 years. Though Mrs Puryear has since welcomed other owners/partners to our business, we still hold the same values and dedication to providing the utmost care for our clients. Our office staff strives to provide excellent service while standing strong by rules of compliance. It is our goal to give outstanding care to each client. We accept several forms of payment, i.e., Medicaid, Veterans Care, Long-term Care Insurance Policies and Private Pay.
