TESTIMONIAL TUESDAY!
Today when I woke up my left wrist was killing me. It hurt so bad & I didn’t know why. It was throbbing when I got to work & it hurt just to move my hand at all!
I said to myself “What oils might help my wrist”? (Why do we wait to think of our oils?)
I went to my “Dr in a Box”, aka- my oils & I got out 4 oils that I know are good for pain & layered them 1 at a time- massaging 2-3 drops of each oil on my wrist.
In about 10-15 minutes the pain went away. I had full mobility & no pain. I even surprised myself with the results!
What oils did I use?

I then applied Castor Oil to keep the EO’s in place & go even deeper!
There are other oils I could have used, but these are the ones I was drawn to at the moment!
Y’all- use your oils. Diffuse. Start your day balanced with your mood by applying oils to the bottoms of your feet, wrists & behind the ears & neck!
Take your LLV, VMG+, Omegas & Probiotics!
Drink water with Lemon, WO or another Citrus Oil! (For detoxing)
Get plenty of sleep! This is when your body recovers. Use Serenity oil, Softgels or stick if you need extra support. Have it dark & cool in the bedroom! Don’t have the TV or be scrolling on your phone!
Exercise- move your body. Go for a 20-30 minute walk, do a video, or go to a class at the gym!
Read your Bible & have a quiet time every day!
Do something fun with a friend.
