Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift (6p–6a)

Our residents and team gathered for a fun-filled Chili Cook-Off, and the results were delicious! From secret family recipes to creative twists, everyone brought something special to the table. Thank you to all who joined in and made it such a warm, laughter-filled day!

🎃👻 Trick-or-Treat Fun at Mountain Memories! 👻🎃

Our halls were filled with laughter, candy, and the sweetest little costumes as we welcomed trick-or-treaters into our facility! 🍬🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Our residents had an absolute blast passing out treats and seeing all the smiling faces — it’s always such a joy to see generations come together for moments like these. ❤️
