We spent a wonderful day celebrating Christmas with our residents and their families during an early Christmas lunch filled with love, laughter, and togetherness. The sounds of Christmas carolers and festive music filled the air, and we were even lucky enough to have a special visit from the big guy himself — Santa! 🎅

🎄✨ Christmas is in the air at Mountain Memories! ✨🎄

Our halls were full of holiday cheer as staff showed off their ugly Christmas sweaters, spreading smiles and laughter throughout the day. Ruth Bullwinkle filled the room with festive joy as she played the bells, and our residents had a wonderful time playing a fun game of Pass the Christmas Presents. 🎁

Our residents had a blast making hot chocolate-scented oobleck, mixing, squishing, and exploring the perfect sensory activity. The familiar motions of kneading and mixing brought back sweet memories—plus it smelled delicious! 🤎☕️

Today we celebrated our Thanksgiving lunch, and what a beautiful day it was! We were so grateful to welcome 67 guests and family members to join us for food, fellowship, and lots of smiles. 🧡

Our residents truly enjoyed the love and laughter filling the room, and days like this remind us how special our community is. Thank you to all the families who took the time to celebrate with us — you made the day unforgettable.

🦃 Turkey Week is officially underway at Mountain Memories! 🧇✨

This morning we kicked things off with our Annual Breakfast with a Turkey — and it was a hit! Our leadership team rolled up their sleeves and came in early to make fresh, fluffy waffles for all our residents and staff.

There were smiles, laughs, and even a visit from our favorite giant turkey to brighten everyone’s day. 🥰

Here’s to a week filled with fun, gratitude, and plenty of turkey spirit!
