BUT… as funny as it is, it’s actually sharing some really important information.
Your gut health tells you a LOT about what’s going on inside your body.
Color, consistency, frequency, it all matters more than most people realize.
“Normal” isn’t the same for everyone… but healthy p**p should generally be:
✔️ Easy to pass
✔️ Well-formed (not too hard, not too loose)
✔️ Medium brown in color
✔️ Not painful
✔️ Happening regularly
If things are consistently off: super hard, always loose, unusual colors, or painful. Your body might be trying to tell you something.
Digestive health is whole-body health. And yes… we talk about this stuff in real life too 😉
