Yoga for Hips, Hamstrings, and Lower Back
Saturday, March 7, 2026 | 1:00–3:00 PM

Modern life keeps us folded forward — driving, sitting, working, scrolling. Over time, this subtle but constant forward slump creates tight hips, shortened hamstrings, and a lower back that loses the muscular support it needs. The result? Stiffness. Strain. That nagging ache that never quite goes away.
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore:
• Why hips and hamstrings tighten so easily
• How that tension pulls on the lower back
• The relationship between mobility and stability
• How strengthening deep core and glutes supports the pelvis and spine
Through gentle, well-aligned movement and supported stretching, you’ll begin to:
✓ Restore range of motion in the hips
✓ Reduce chronic hamstring tension
✓ Improve posture
✓ Build lasting support for your lower back
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life — standing, walking, bending, lifting — so you’re not reinforcing old patterns without realizing it.
