Whoa! The holiday season can be overwhelming!

We’ve picked up some coping skills here at the AXIS office!

Todd’s favorite is box breathing! It helps calm his nervous system.

Inhaling for 4 counts…holding for 4 counts…and a BIG exhale for 4 counts….repeating for at least 30 seconds!

Bam! Relaxation!
