What hosting looks like:
• Gather 9 people you love

Donations are already rolling in for this year’s Catie’s Gathering… and y’all, we are just getting started 🎗

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve received some really special pieces -a beautiful handmade wooden box (custom engraved with the Catie’s Gathering logo) that holds an Atlanta Braves cup (thank you, Bigmacks Crafts) AND a foot massager & set of champagne glasses!

I snapped a photo of a few of them this morning, and it just made me so excited for what’s ahead.

It’s donations like these that make our live and silent auctions so meaningful every single year.

With that being said…
We are officially opening up donations + sponsorship opportunities for this year’s event!
We know many businesses plan months in advance, so we wanted to go ahead and get the ball rolling early.

We are currently accepting:
— Event tickets (sports, concerts, experiences)
— Gift cards
— Gift baskets
— Home goods / furniture
— Unique, one-of-a-kind items
— Experiences (local or travel)
— Services or packages
— Wine/Spirits
And more!

Honestly… if it’s special, fun, or meaningful - we would LOVE to consider it.
All items must be new/unused.

Have you ever wanted to host a table at Catie’s Gathering? 💛

Or maybe you already have and know how special this night is…

Being a hostess means gathering your people for the evening and creating a meaningful space at your table

Hostesses are responsible for:
• Filling their table with 9 guests
• Decorating their table in any theme they choose (go all out or keep it simple!)
• Providing utensils/paperware + a dessert for their guests

Your guests can join in on your theme… or not - totally up to you!

Once seats go live, hostesses will reserve their spot with a $60 hostess ticket. Guest seats will open at a later date, and your guests will purchase their own seats through a link ($60/seat).

If you’re a first-time hostess and interested in joining us this year,

Catie’s Gathering – Bryan County will be held on
Saturday, August 29th, 2026

Please note this year’s event will take place in August instead of September, so we wanted to give everyone plenty of advance notice.

We are already beginning preparations and are currently:

• Accepting donation items for the auction
• Looking for event sponsors
• Welcoming community support from local businesses and individuals who would like to be involved

This event continues to grow each year thanks to the generosity of our community, and we are excited to begin planning another meaningful evening in support of families affected by childhood cancer.
