We have recreated our mission statement to better fit what we truly aim to accomplish.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities by valuing what is important to them (their identity, choices, relationships, and dreams) while safeguarding what is important for them, including their health, safety, and long-term wellbeing. We partner with individuals, families, and support teams to create care that is respectful, empowering, and truly person centered. Through knowledgeable nursing guidance and collaborative care planning, we help each person thrive on their own terms.

We’re proud to share that one of our nurses recently participated in a life-changing medical mission to El Salvador, where our dedicated nurse provided essential care, health education, and support to underserved communities.
Being able to extend our skills beyond borders is a reminder of why we do what we do — to care, to heal, and to make a difference wherever we’re needed. This is the second medical mission that our nurses have participated in.
