Welcome to the world, big boy! 💙

Thank you to our patients and staff for their accommodation as Dr. Sarah welcomed her youngest this past month!

We want to thank local dentist, Dr. Ferguson, for filling in while Dr. Sarah was out of the office!

*Immediate* Before and After 🙌

The gums are a little 🩸 bleedy in the after… BUT we can’t get over this patients new smile 🤩.

She has beautiful teeth but after braces, noticed cavities along the gum line that were not only causing sensitivity but also dulled her smile.

Using direct composite fillings we were able to get her to a healthier state with minimal invasiveness and no downtime. She said it was the easiest, quickest appointment she has had and was very pleased. 😃

Check out these X-rays! The first image shows calculus buildup on the teeth that appears like little spikes coming off the teeth in the X-ray. After a deep cleaning, by our awesome hygienist Kylie, the calculus has been removed leaving the patients gums and teeth happier and healthier! ✨🦷

Deep cleanings help reduce gum inflammation, prevent bone loss, and set the foundation for a healthier smile. 💙

Another beautiful smile transformation 🤩.

This patient had chipping fillings on her front teeth and just wanted something that would look natural on her front teeth. She didn’t want to go out and about and have people staring at her teeth with a fake look!

We take multiple photos, review digital designs, and luckily these crowns turned out the very first rendition of crowns. One could say her new porcelain crowns look more natural than her teeth did before. The patient is so pleased and they look and feel great for her! Dr. Sarah has extensive training and experience in cosmetics and functional dentistry that made the process seemless for our patient.

Happy Monday! It has been a little while since we have introduced a team member, and today we want to highlight our newest team member - RACHEL!! ✨ Rachel recently joined the Big Country Family Dental team and is doing great things! Keep reading to learn a little more about Rachel!

*Rachel grew up in Central California and lived there for 25 years before moving to Washington in 2021. She moved to Ellensburg this past June and is loving it so far!
*She has her bachelors degree in biology with a minor in chemistry - she loves science and feels it makes her a better hygienist! 🧬🦷 Rachel also graduated at the top of her class in hygiene school!
*She has 2 english bulldogs named Spud and Reggie and they love to go on rides in the side-by-side!

Everyone give a warm welcome to Rachel! Her knowledge, humor and personality are such a vibe at Big Country Family Dental!
