Things are starting to get warm & cozy… it’s time to root down and nourish our body, heart, and spirit!

Malasana, a classic pose practiced by hundreds of thousands of people around the world every day, embodies the grounded, safe characteristics of root chakra energy in order to nourish & support our emotions, but also serves to aid in digestion and elimination to support the nourishment of our physical body.

The sequence this month will feature slow, grounding shapes and transitions that feel comfortable, safe, and nourishing to enter the heart of fall with intention.

Catch me at Corporate Ladder Brewing Company for a casual, all-levels Yoga Flow. We’re moving it OUT ON THE LAWN this month, so you get to enjoy the breezy fall vibes!

This is the perfect opportunity to stretch, sip, & socialize with a fun-loving group of yogis.

$15 gets you a fresh & flowy yoga class followed by your choice of any non barrel aged Corporate Ladder beer, and they even have some non-alcoholic beer options (the chitchat & inevitable shenanigans are also included)!

Bring your friend or partner, or come alone & leave with a new bestie!

Can’t make it this time? Catch us next month. We’ll be there on the last Sunday of every month at 11am.

We're changing things up a bit on Tuesday & Thursday mornings!

Introducing the newest addition to our schedule- Gentle Mobility Flow!

In the best of both worlds, this mostly-seated class pairs gentle flowing movements with longer static holds designed to deepen flexibility, improve overall mobility, and reduce join pain & stiffness. Perfect for anyone feeling tight, regardless of experience.

You can find Gentle Mobility Flow on the schedule every Tuesday & Thursday morning at 8 am, followed by Hatha at 9:15 am.

For many of us, September’s Eclipse Season was full of upheaval & transformation, and while those can be beneficial tools for personal and spiritual growth, emotionally it can be….. a LOT.

To close out Eclipse Season, we’ll discover the art of letting go as we develop a deeper relationship with the classic forward fold.

Just as nature drops leaves, flowers, and branches in preparation for winter, it’s our time to unburden ourselves of whatever Eclipse Season stirred up that isn’t coming with us into this next chapter.

It’s not a loss, it’s a lightening.

And I’m excited to share it with you. ♥️🍂🍁

Happy Fall, y’all! 🍁🍂🎃

I don’t know about you, but I BARELY made it through September’s eclipse season. Even though I know it’s all for our highest good, for me there was so much upheaval, transformation, loss, and just pure emotionality, I’m ready to move on to October.

What do you think out next theme and peak pose will be? Remember to leave your guesses here in the comments (or send them via DM if you’re shy!) before midnight on 9/30 to be entered into the drawing.

Even though we will still have a crystal and essential oil of the month, I have decided to take a break with intention kits for a while & try something new.

The prizes will shift from month to month, to keep things interesting and hopefully spark a little more healthy competition.

This month’s prize will be a crystal bracelet & surprise item that will help guide you through the theme a little more.
