Welcome April šŸ”„

This month is coming in HOT with a focus on tapas, one of the key teachings from Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga.

Tapas is the inner fire that purifies, transforms, and burns away limitations. It represents the passion, discipline, effort and commitment we are encouraged to embody as we walk our spiritual path. Tapas says, change and growth don’t happen when you show up only when you feel like it.

This is why we’re practicing chaturanga dandasana this month: to build the heat, challenge our discipline, and celebrate the strength that comes from hard work & effort.

This month, let’s ignite that inner fire & watch as our old limiting beliefs, unhelpful habits, and mental blocks go up in flames. šŸ”„ With a little effort, consistency, and determination, we’ll rise from the ashes stronger, brighter, and walking our path with the confidence that we’re exactly where we’re meant to be.

Who’s ready?

It’s not just about the yoga.
It’s about remembering that not everything has to be serious alllllllll the time, and it’s ok to have a little fun. ā™„ļø

DATE CHANGE: This month we’ll meet on Sunday 3/22 @ 11 am!!

Bring a mat or towel & some water. Come with a friend, or come by yourself & meet some new friends.

See you there!

SHE IS HERE šŸ’œšŸŒøāœØ

You're invited to an evening of movement, connection, and ritual designed to guide you beyond the surface and into the deeper intelligence of your body, the place where instinct lives and powerful healing begins.

Through deep connection with yourself and the women sharing the space with you, we'll harness the instinctual healing power of movement to release the past, reawaken the wild within you, and embrace the fullness of your embodied womanhood.

This mini retreat is for women who are ready to soften and strengthen at the same time, who want to feel grounded & regulated yet wild & untamed, and deeply connected to their bodies, their purpose, and their vitality.

What to Expect:
- Both guided and intuitive movement
- Somatic practices for emotional release
- Breathwork
- Connection-centered conversation
- A yoni steam ritual (optional)
- Journaling & Meditation

Welcome to March, the month of fresh starts and new beginnings! āœØā˜˜ļø

Our theme this month is sampad, which means good luck, prosperity, & abundance. This isn't just about financial wealth, but abundance in all forms.

Our pose of the month, Star Pose, embodies this energy and helps us to take up space and feel wide, open, & expansive. With feet grounded and arms reaching out, we create space to receive, letting blessings flow to us.

Sampad reminds us that abundance isn’t something we chase, it’s something we allow, & it starts with noticing where abundance is already present in our lives.

Where do you already feel abundant in your life? What form of abundance are you ready to receive this month?

It’s time to highlight another one of our amazing yogis, and this time it’s Torie!

Torie is one of the most loving, big-hearted people I’ve ever met, and I’m always so inspired by her generosity & giving spirit, plus her boundless talent with crochet and baking!

Read the Q&A below to learn more about Torie!

Q: What’s one thing no one would expect about you?
A: In high-school I was in choir and theater, but also played flag football.

Q: What got you into doing yoga?
A: I wanted to work on self care that can help me also be much healthier.

Q: How do you practice yoga off the mat?
A: Breathing techniques of yoga are very helpful working a customer service job. Taking a moment to recenter yourself can go a long way.

Q: What is your favorite pose and why?
A: Lizard pose. I get such an amazing stretch with it.

Q: What advice do you have for someone just starting out with yoga?
A: You do not have to be perfect. Its a journey, not a race to improvement and you will notice differences as time goes on and its wonderful to see progress.

Make sure to say hey in the comments! šŸ‘‹ And if you’ve ever tried one of Torie’s famous home-baked snacks, let her know how much you loved it! šŸ‘‡
