Hypnotherapy to transform the subconscious mind to address root causes of issues and support well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy to help change lives. Holding two Masters level degrees, Social Work (MSW) and Educational Specialist in Psychology (EdS), I understand the challenges and the special needs of others. I have many years of experience working with families and children, individuals and groups. I work with couples to open communication and improve relationships. My goal is to support emotional, educational and interpersonal growth.using a variety of modalities that best fits the needs of the individual(s) seeking change. Completing extensive training in hypnotherapy and a certified member of the International Institute of Hypnotherapy, I provide clinical, interpersonal and transformative hypnotherapy. Using this approach many issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, detrimental habits such as drinking or smoking, nail biting or overeating or sleep issues can be resolved. One can also reduce the effects of chronic pain or transform negative patterns of thinking and behaving that continues to hold one back from happiness and peace in life. From a spiritual perspective, those who wish to get more in touch with their higher power and spiritual self is also supported through this modality.
