It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but today reminds us to slow down and recognize the everyday heroes who walk among us. If you’re a veteran or have one in your life, I hope today brings you the appreciation you so deeply deserve. Thank you for your service.

A few simple habits can go a long way:

✅ Add movement like a walk or stretch break when you can.
✅ Pack healthy snacks if you’re traveling.
✅ Stick to a consistent sleep schedule when you can.

Medicare Annual Enrollment is in full swing, and it’s Medicare enrollees’ main opportunity to adjust coverage to fit current needs. Start your review now, before the holiday rush.

Whether you're reviewing options for yourself or a loved one, here are some important dates to know:

✅ December 7th - Deadline to enroll and make changes to the upcoming year. Be sure your enrollment form for a chosen plan is received by this date.

✅ January 1st - New coverage starts, and any changes made in annual enrollment take effect. If you kept your plan the same, updates to costs or benefits also begin today.
