SER is a branch of the Tree of Cranial Sacral Therapy that I love sharing with clients. I refer to the work as a marriage of soul work and science. We dance in the sweetness of stillpoint- a pause of CSF of the nervous system and open to dialogue with parts (or sub personalities) of the client that can bring deep insights and releases. By engaging with aspects of our non conscious- there is more opportunity to synthesis and union within. This is powerful work done with clothing on, light cranial sacral touch, deep listening and a willingness to explore.
