This weekend join National Chiropractic at the Bushy Bear Dash to support the Bushy Park Elementary School PTA. There will be a 3K, 1 miler, stretching clinic, and costume run! Besides the physical activity, there will also be plenty of vendors including: National Chiropractic & Sports Rehabilitation, Blue Carb Fitness, Dive Coffee, Dance Athletic Studio, and so much more!

Good morning! National Chiropractic cam upon an interesting case study this weekend. This study follows a chiropractor who uses chiropractic adjustments and custom orthotics to manage a painful plantar fasciitis with a heel spur and chronic contralateral knee pain. Great results for reduction of pain in both areas of pain and an increase in ability time. The patient could walk a a mile again without pain! National Chiropractic had a whirlwind weekend! NC&SR attended the bi-annual Maryland Chiropractic Association conference to keep up with current topics in the world of medicine. We also supported our local Maryland Renaissance Faire! We saw juggling, Shakespeare plays, jousting, bird shows, and of course lots of food and shopping! Lastly, we rounded out the weekend with WSSC's Wellbeing Fair. We were honored to be a vendor that could provide information about how to live your best life, pain free without the use of medication or surgery! Information is power, and movement is medicine.

National Chiropractic & Sports Rehabilitation LLC went to the National Aquarium! Dr. Felicia and Elise got to pet horseshoe crabs, jelly fish, and see a very playful puffin! We learned about whale skeletons because to Dr. Felicia, every vertebrate needs an adjustment. We had so much fun with friends and family. Remember you are an vertebrate and need a chiropractic adjustment too!
